Saturday Evening Meditation

These gatherings are held at the center for students at the YWC, as well as other yoga aspirants.

These are conducted on Saturday evenings, and will include:

Maha Mritunjaya chanting:

Maha Mritunjaya chanting is performed for the health, harmony and general well-being of all humanity.

 

 

Meditation:

mrityunjayaThe ultimate goal of the meditation is to achieve a sense of inner clarity in yourself, and in your surroundings.

The process helps to develop and maintain confidence and induce calmness in otherwise stressful situations.

 

Kirtan:

mrityunjayaA part of Nada Yoga, Kirtan involves producing sound waves and following them with your awareness.

Here, the consciousness withdraws from the body and extends outwards into the environment.
